yasmin had just left the herb shop before the lights went out . the lights turned off like a dominion effect ;; one by one before the bayou witch was left in the darkness . however , yamin had lived in new orleans all her life so she knew parts of the city like the back of her hand . " vis sera portus de la bête à moi . " she breathed , a simple spell that allowed her evergreen hues to see even during the darkest of nights . crossing the street yasmin went down the alleyway so she could take the back way home .
